Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Eidoo Wallet (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any part of our website https://eidoowallet.net or the Eidoo Wallet application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Overview

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Eidoo Wallet, governing your use of:

The Eidoo Wallet non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, and

The Eidoo Wallet Exchange, a decentralized crypto trading interface.

Together, these are referred to as the “Services.”

By using the Services, you confirm that:

You are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

You understand the risks of using cryptocurrencies and decentralized systems.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.


2. The Wallet

Eidoo Wallet provides a non-custodial wallet that allows you to store, send, and receive supported cryptocurrencies.

You retain full control of your private keys and assets.

We do not have access to your wallet, private keys, recovery phrase, or funds.

If you lose your private key or recovery phrase, we cannot restore or recover your assets.

Transactions executed through your wallet are irreversible.

Eidoo Wallet may support multiple blockchain networks and tokens (including ERC-20). We reserve the right to add or remove supported assets at any time.


3. The Exchange

Eidoo Wallet includes a decentralized exchange (“Exchange”) that allows users to trade supported cryptocurrencies directly through smart contracts.

You are solely responsible for verifying the details of any trade before confirming it.

Eidoo Wallet does not hold or control funds during the exchange process.

We are not liable for transaction failures, slippage, or blockchain network issues.

Exchange functionality depends on third-party protocols (e.g., DEX aggregators, blockchain nodes), and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

All trades are final and cannot be reversed.


4. No Custody or Financial Services

Eidoo Wallet is not a bank, broker, custodian, or financial institution.

We do not:

Store or manage users’ funds.

Offer investment advice.

Guarantee profits or returns.

You are fully responsible for managing your crypto assets and complying with any tax or reporting obligations that may apply.


5. Security

Your security is your responsibility. You agree to:

Safeguard your wallet’s private keys, passwords, and recovery phrases.

Ensure your device and software are free from malware or vulnerabilities.

Use the Services at your own risk.

Eidoo Wallet is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet, phishing, or user error.


6. Compliance and Restrictions

You may not use our Services if you:

Are located in, or acting on behalf of, a sanctioned country or entity, including but not limited to:

Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Cuba, Belarus, Zimbabwe, Iraq, Ivory Coast, and Liberia.

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose such as money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or market manipulation.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our Services for compliance reasons.


7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on eidoowallet.net are the intellectual property of Eidoo Wallet or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.


8. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Eidoo Wallet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eidoo Wallet is not liable for:

Any loss of funds, data, or access;

Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service;

Any damages arising from blockchain network issues, user actions, or third-party services.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD (one hundred US dollars).


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eidoo Wallet, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

Your use of the Services;

Violation of these Terms; or

Breach of applicable laws.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the application or discontinuing use of the website.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lugano, Switzerland.


12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect 14 days after being posted on this page unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
